Kids' Love Letters are $20 Canadian per letter, plus shipping costs. Orders ship within two weeks.
Follow our simple order process below:
Step 1: Choose from our selection of Girls, Boys and Home Decor styles. Gift certificates are also available.
Step 2: North American customers can order directly through our site via our secure PayPal system. We accept all major credit cards and you do not need to be a PayPal member.
International customers, PayPal is unable to accurately calculate shipping costs for overseas transactions. Please send your Love Letters style, name or word choice, ribbon colour selection, and shipping address to info@kidsloveletters.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice with the correct shipping rates (see shipping rates below).
Step 3: If you have a discount code, please type it in the instructions to merchant box at the PayPal check-out page, or send us an email after check-out and we will issue you a PayPal refund. You may also enter any special instructions regarding fabric choices in this box.
Step 4: Please review your order carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors. Kids' Love Letters are custom made and once the fabric for your letters is cut, no changes will be permitted.
Step 5: Wait for a receipt and confirmation email.
Shipping and Handling rates within Canada and the U.S (up to 2 weeks):
Single letter: $10
2 to 3 letters: $15
4 to 6 letters: $25
7 to 18 letters: $30
Shipping and Handling rates outside of Canada and the U.S (4 to 6 weeks*):
Single letter: $15
2 to 3 letters: $20
4 to 6 letters: $45
7 to 18 letters: Please request shipping quote prior to ordering.
If you require faster shipping, please let us know at the time of purchase.
Tracking numbers are not provided with every shipment; if you require a tracking number, please let us know and we will invoice you for the additional cost.
* Shipping times are not guaranteed. Customers from Israel, please note that orders shipped by surface to Israel have been taking 10 to 12 weeks.
